About Pip

I’m a Creative Producer and Production Manager with over eight years’ experience in digital production and television.

I’ve worked across the full production process - from pitching ideas and interpreting briefs, to storyboarding and scripting, managing logistics such as scheduling, budgeting, permits and risk assessments, through to overseeing post-production, including animation.

I’ve managed multiple international projects and have built a strong global network of crews and collaborators along the way.

My skillset blends creativity with analytical thinking, making me a great choice if you need someone to fit the shoes of both a creative and production role. I’ve managed budgets ranging from £4,000 to £500,000.

I excel in client-facing roles, have experience interviewing C-suite executives and can fit the role of a team leader having led many production teams.

I’ve also worked as a Production Manager on a number of TV programmes for Channel 4, ITV and Discovery.
